Similar experiences?

I’m new to bbt charting and mine fluctuates. I was on Clomid on days 5-9 after taking progesterone prior to Clomid to induce a period. I’m now about 5/6 dpo based on positive opks and big temp spike. I’m exhausted, increased heart rate, hungry, and feel stressed or overwhelmed... more emotional. I’ve had some mild cramping and twinges in my abdomen and just recently breast pain/twinges into my nipple and towards my armpit. My cervix seems to be med/high, med firmness and closed. I believe it has softened some since Ovulation. My cm is pretty dry/sticky which I believe Clomid can also cause.

Has anyone else experienced similar? Mostly, can anyone help me interpret my fluctuating bbt chart?
