What do you feel is the right age to have kids.

My Fiancé and I are 22 years old. We planned to get married when we are 25 due because we are trying to get our lives together etc. We said we would have kids by 25 (BTW we turn 23 this year). I told him that if I ended up pregnant before 25 I would be OK. What are your thoughts on the age? Does it matter?

Totally a personal choice. Just know that there are certain things that will be harder once you have kids (higher education, International travel, etc), but not impossible.   We’ve been together since age 19 and 21 and are super glad we didn’t have kids in our 20’s (traveled, went to grad school, sky diving, etc etc, no regrets) and now our life is all about the kids and we love it. We still travel a lot, just at a different pace and do a little bit different activities. 
It’s a completely personal choice, though. You guys are the only ones who can decide when.

I think it just depends on each different couple and their preference. My bf and I are 23 and I’m starting grad school in August so for us, marriage is definitely going to wait until my three year program is over. I also personally want a few years of marriage without kids so by the time I’m 30 or so I’d love to have a nugget or two running around.

There is never a right time for a baby... you could have a secure job money etc become pregnant, then lose a job or money. 
Thats just my take on it, if you feel ready..then go for it

I had mine at 19, 21 and with my newborn I’m now 28. 21 was the easiest recovery wise for me ( I had csections)

It depends what you want to do with your life. If you want to study, have a career, get married, travel and generally live life before becoming a parent, waiting a bit longer is a good idea. Most women I know who had kids in their early 20s never really got to do anything else with their lives except be a mom. But maybe that’s all they wanted. It’s all up to you anyway.

Totally a personal choice. I wanted to wait until I was 22 before we started trying... lol that didn’t happen birth control failed and my beautiful little girl gets here in June. 2 months before I turn 21. 
I also plan to be done having kids by 30, hopefully that at least goes to plan 😂

I was 21 and my husband was 24 when we decided to try and now I’m 22 and he’s 25 and we had our baby girl. I couldn’t think of a life without her.

18 was perfect for me😊 finished school got a career as a nursery nurse got our own home 3 dogs and our beautiful daughter depends on yourself really x

Whenever you're ready. But being ready should include basic things like:
Do you have stable income? Stable home? Stable support systems? 
I'm 23 and married to my high school sweetheart of 7 years. We REALLY want kids, but we know that right now, we just wouldn't be able to support a child. I want to finish school, start a career, and have stable income, as does my husband. Things will be a lot easier after all of that, and we'll be able to spend more time with our kid(s) and not worry so much about money. I always wanted kids by 23(young I know but I love kids) but it's not realistic. It's sadly, my reality, as much as I wish to speed up the process, I want make sure my kids have the best.
