TMI you've been warned.....

So I've been noticing something that's never happened to me before with my vagina. Its reddish around my labia majora and it feels like I have a lump or two on both sides.... It feels dry and chapped.. I was thinking about posting a picture but I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with doing that.. Other than the redness and lumps its been fine... Can anyone figure this out? Please comment if you need more info and sorry about the tmi.. I'm kind of scared (seeing my gyno soon)
