UK: where to go on holiday with your baby?

We've wanted to go on holiday for a while since our little one came along in August last year. We haven't got her a passport yet so will probably be going somewhere in the UK it's just hard to know where will be baby friendly with lots to do to entertain us and her! She'll be a year in August which is when we'd like to go. Any ideas?

We took our 4 month old to
Spain on holiday, honestly it was fine. You don’t have to stick to the UK. But if you are, I would recommend somewhere with a nice log cabin and Hottub, so when little one is asleep, you can just chill in there with a glass of wine and don’t feel like you’re stuck inside.

I go to Cornwall. Mullion in fact. There's lots to do in the area and nice caravan holiday parks to stay in with pools and evening entertainment. We often camp there however... Good luck x

I would say somewhere like Butlins too if you're looking for lots of entertainment. I took my daughter to menorca just after she turned 1 and she loved it! I'm from northern Ireland and there's lots of beaches, playparks, country park walks and touristy sort of things like the titanic museum and giants causeway but I don't know how much fun that would be for a little one lol

I’ve never been but Butlin do special babies and toddlers week with teletubbies etc quite pricey but I’ve heard it’s good. 
Otherwise maybe get somewhere in the new forest near Paultons park where Peppa pig world is
