Early pregnancy symptoms or wishful thinking??

So I am 7 days dpo as of today and according to the app 5 days until af is supposed to show up. The past 3 days I have had waves of nausea. It’s not constant and it’s not only in the morning. My boobs are slightly tender too. That also isn’t a constant. It comes and goes as well. And there has been some mild cramping but it doesn’t feel to me like af cramping. We have been ttc for 5 cycles now, this being the 5th, with no luck. Using opks. Got 3 highs and the peak on the 4th day. We had sex all 4 days. Anyone else experience anything similar to this???
