HELP!! Is there something wrong with me?!

Ok so il be as brief as I can,

I’m currently 12dpo. From 4dpo to 11dpo I’ve been spotting brown discharge, the last day it was pink, sorry if TMI! Also been having mild cramps pretty constant since 4dpo. Today and last night the cramps have got slightly worse and seem to be on left side front and back, before they were low and central. I had a MC in Jan at 6weeks and now I’m freaking out at every twinge and pull. Anyone been in the same situation with happy or sad results?
