HELP!

Im so confused. This tracking ovulation is driving me crazy! So I took an ovulation test Wednesday and it was negative. I took my temp this morning and it rose over a degree. I took an ovulation test this morning and a solid smiley which means I'm at my peak, but we didn't do it last night or the night before....both apps say I'm supposed to ovulate on Sunday and I dont have the egg white CM your supposed to have. I'm so freaking confused and upset cause I know I probably missed it and I'm going to be out again this month....
