I don’t know what to do anymore...

It seems so unfair to me that everyone around my age is having unprotected sex without care or caution- and never once do they worry about getting pregnant or missing their periods. And here I am being worried sick all because I had some precum on my fingers and later touched my vagina when I felt discharge and it was my first day of my fertile week. Even though I’ve never had sex. I don’t know how to stop worrying so much, my period is supposed to come in 9 days and I feel like it may be late due to stress and I’ve changed my routine a bit. But I feel like once it’s late I’m only going to freak out more and think I am pregnant. I don’t know what to do anymore...
