My "boyfriend" lives with me and my 2 kids. He originally from the next state over which is about a 2 hour drive. I can't take it anymore. He doesn't work, he constantly cheats and constantly lies and I'm just over and done!!!!! The problem is he won't leave. In my state whether or not someone is on the lease if they've been living at a residence for more than 2 weeks I would have to go to the courts and start an eviction process which costs money I don't have. If anybody have been in a similar position please please please give me some advice. I can't keep putting this extra stress on myself and I really want him out of my house.
