Red spots help?

I’ve posted before about these red spots all on my body that are not itchy. But I need some more help please anyone who may have an idea about what’s going on?

Maybe shaving might have caused it. I tried shaving my stomach once, ended up just same so I gave up. Moisturise daily, if not helping, I suggest seeing a doctor

Any allergies? Did you try any new laundry soap? Any rolling around in uncertain bushes?

If you posted this before, how long have you had this rash? It can be as simple as a heat/sweat rash but it would be localized where you are sweating. A rash can show up as a side effect for serious issues so I would get it checked up by a doctor so you can rule out anything internally.
