Kyleena or Paragard? 🤔😅😅

Hi! I’m currently on Lo Loestrin fe and it gives me intense migraines frequently. My doctor has recommended choosing Kyleena or paragard because my body hates hormones apparently. I would love to know your pros and cons on both as I am really conflicted which one to get lol. I’ve never had problems before the pill with my period for a side note.
