Why do some people get pregnant easily and others not so easy?

So I’m 17 and pregnant and I only had sex one time and got pregnant. I’m always seeing how it’s so hard for a lot of women to get pregnant? I’m just curious what affects women’s fertility to make each person so different? And some really fertile and easy to get pregnant and others not so much. I’m not trying to be rude I’m just uneducated on this topic I guess

besides the fact that some people have less sperm or weaker sperm and some women have bad uterus environment or bad ovaries that don’t release eggs
there’s the fact that you’re dealing with odds. 
it’s like finding a shiny pokemon. the odds are 1/8000 or something. 
that means you could get a shiny pokemon after looking just 1 time. or you may never find a shiny pokemon even if you looked infinite times.

I think a lot of women stress about when is the right time to have sex... And teens, can get ‘lucky’ sort of and end up having sex when they’re fertile without knowing. So it sucks. I got pregnant right away when we decided to have more babies. All I did was have sex often and didn’t track anything so idk when I ovulate. 
The stress of taking your temp or using ovulation tests doesn’t help, so then makes women late and not even pregnant. The only good thing about ovulation tests is not having to have sex often. BUT my SO is crazy and always wants to lmfao that’s why I got ‘lucky’ twice now. But then unlucky because both were miscarriage

a lot of times it's just all about timing. the perfect moment for sperm to reach the egg. Which is why a lot of women track using bbt and opks. you got lucky (or unlucky depending on how you look at it) and just happened to have sex during that magical time perfect for conception.

When your younger your more fertile. Its also that a lot of younger girls are irresponsible and don’t use birth control. When you take birth control for a long time it can affect fertility. Some woman have also had PID , and STDs because they’ve lived more life.

Depends on age and fertility, some people aren't fertile ever, others who try around 30 have a harder time because fertility drops at 30
