Need help ASAP !!

So I’m 10 days late for my period I been sexually active & this week my boobs been hurting for 4 days straight and thats never a period sign for me. Is usually cramps but now I been having cramps for 2 days & really bad but every time I check only thing come out is watery discharge what could it be or could be my period almost here keep in mind if in 3 days is not here then that means I missed it

I been getting this cramps in my abdominal area Im getting pelvic cramps where my vigina area is & I been getting sharp pain in the right side of my back lately come and goes

Suggestion pls any help any idea
