Postpartum 4 1/2 months after birth

It’s been 4 1/2 months since I’ve had my daughter and it seems as if I am going through postpartum depression. My daughter had her 4month check up and her doctor had me fill out a form. The form basically asked question about how I have been feeling lately and to be completely honest I failed. Any mommies who have been through it and who know how to cope with it ? Originally years ago I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety but now it just seems worst for no reason.
