Which is the best method of birth control ??
I recently came off the pill and have felt better for it. However I really don’t want to get the implant or injections but don’t want to go back on the pill either, but I need to have some sort of protection, just wondering which people think is the best as i know I’ll have to get one back ??? Any other suggestions please let me know !
