so I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I been taking vitamin b6 and doxylamine to control my nausea because I have HG is extreme nausea during pregnancy like 10 times worse but I been so gassy lately my hubby can't stand being next to me i pass gas every 5 seconds is this a side effect smelling like rotten eggs is the worst 😂🤣🤦🏻♀️
