How do i know if i ever had a chemical pregnancy? What are the symptoms? Whats the difference between a period and chemical pregnancy?

I didn't feel anything. My period was 4 days late so I took 2 tests and they were both super faint positives. I started bleeding the same day and it was wicked heavy but only lasted 4 days.

My chemical happened later then when my period was supposed to start. It was much heavier and experienced some pretty painful cramps which I usually never have.

I didn't know until I had a positive test then docs said I had a chemical due to the levels just felt like a normal period
