Early Ovulation?

My cycles are typically 31 da

ys, however my last 2 have been 39. I am on CD 15 currently and based on my chart it appears as if I ovulated on cycle day 12. I also took an opk and received a HIGH result of LH but never received my peak and now tests show negative for a rise in LH. Does it look as if I ovulated on CD 12? Does it look promising? I did BD on CD 11 but he pulled out before he realized he had "Finished" and only half of his swimmers ended up entering. Thanks for taking the time to read! The temp rise on CD 1 is due to my period as it had ended on CD 5

ADD- I am aware that I have not included much info, as this is my 1st cycle charting.
