the dreaded period

Second pregnancy, first miscarriage. Just got the final news today. We've miscarried.... I passed a bunch of flesh like stuff late Wednesday and was hoping it wasn't what it actually was... Got my blood results back and my HCG is down to 14. Doc told me the bleeding should stop within the next two days. Anyways, I'm still bleeding but it's tapering off day by day. When should my period start? My app has me starting in 15 days. But the internet said 4-6 weeks and that seems long. My cycle is normally every 26 days exact. So should I expect it within the next 26 days? I know it takes time to get back to normal 100%. But just trying to get an idea since I've never experienced this before. My doctor hasn't been helpful through this process at all. Thanks in advance.
