Help please

My periods have been irregular for the majority of my life. My boyfriend has 3 sisters and from being around them my period synced up with theirs and I have had a regular period for about a year now. 3 weeks ago my sisters started. I’ve been having sore breasts, way more frequent urinations, awful cramps, and back pains. Today I started spot bleeding. Should I be worried? I just need someone to talk to.
