So my period is 8 days late and I've been nausea I took a test but it came back negative.  Could I be pregnant still??

I've been two weeks late and it has come eventually even though I am normally very regular, I know it sucks but personally I tend to err on the side of caution, if there isn't HGC there then you might just be late, 
Either wait it out or consult your doctor, hope this helps just hates getting all my hopes up 😞
