so my vagina was feeling irritated and then it didn’t anymore but I saw white bulking cottage cheese stuff now I know it’s a yeast infection but I have monastat the 7 day but I’m scared to take it cause I’ve never put anything on my vagina before and if I tell my dad he’ll just think bad about me an think I’m having sex . If I don’t take monastat will it go away on its own do I go to the doctor or just take the monastat??? ANY HELP / ADVICE IS APPRECIATED
