Advice about a co-worker drinking alcohol

So I have a coworker that I love very much, she actually has trained me and is amazing at her job. I absolutely adore her. I am noticing that after her lunch break she comes in with a red face, watery eyes and when I talk to her I can smell a hint of alcohol on her breath. I have a VERY strong sense of smell, it never went away after I had my daughter. I am just unsure what to do! I don’t want to her her in trouble because she is so sweet. But I also care about her health. I would never want her to lose her job she is only 2 years away from retirement! What should I do???
