Implantation or Miscarriage?

My last start date of my period was January 26th. Pregnancy test all negative. Two days ago boobs became sore. Today this type of “bleeding” only when I wipe.

Feeling nauseous tonight...

That’s your period , you can’t have a miscarriage if you weren’t pregnant, a positive would of definitely shown by now.

So you haven’t had a period since January, so then it’s not Implantation. And negative tests. So that’s probably your period

Yeah, if you were pregnant the test should be positive right now. It could just be AF. Possibly implantation. Do you know when you ovulated?
