Help!

I lost My period has been acting funny since the end of February..... February period never came and then i bled the most of the month of march. I did take a pregnancy test sometime in march that came back negative. Then I finally caught a break until my period for April started its going on longer than it should and this time im clotting a lot.... the weirdest part is i havent had one cramp throughout this. Im finally starting to get a lil worried i mean i was already worried but now more than others and idk what to do.... i want to go to the GYN but i cant afford the visit 😭
