either an ingrown hair or from chafing/friction. use bio oil, jojoba, or coconut oil to moisurize it daily and exfoliate

It is cysts, they won't hurt you but they are tender to the touch. Get a warm compress and out in it, they will go away but don't scratch them or pick at them or they will scar, take that advice from me. My thighs are scarred from these because I thought they were ingrown hairs

I get those when I eat a lot of dairy!!! They’re painful and full of puss. I forgot the medical term for it tho :( just cut back on dairy products
