Any one else screamed?

Question

I was in labor for 8 or 9 hours. When I was pushing. Toward the end I felt him almost out, it kind of just came out of my mouth and I started to scream. I felt kind of embarrassed about it afterwards.

I didn't scream and I didn't cry during the contractions. I pretty much just moaned the whole time. I'll admit to yelling at the nurses and my mom a couple times, but to be fair the entire time I was having back labor and overlapping contractions so it wasn't pretty lol. The only time I actually screamed was when I felt him tear my labia because alllllllll of my pain meds had worn off and I felt EVERYTHING

I screamed! I had to be rolling around my bed because my baby was smashing her umbilical cord! So there was no breathing through contractions or getting to focus on anything other than getting up and flipping around to try to save my baby’s life! I screamed! And I didn’t care because it helped!

When I had my little one on Thursday she decided to come out head AND shoulder first with her hand wedged up by her head. Even with an epidural it hurt A LOT and I screamed lol. I tried not to because I didn't want to be dramatic, but I didn't care at that point tbh.

Same girl!! My doula said she’s never been to a natural birth that the mom did scream/make lords groans at the end. Made me feel better!
