Uh the stomach bug got to my 2 year old

Uh An hour ago at 230 am my 2 1/2 year old wakes up and just gets sick all over my bed,me,my husband and the everywhere else.He must have caught something from school.Im already starting the laundry and disinfected everything and changed him.My husband helped about 10 minutes before going to sleep on couch.I get it cause he has to be up at 5 for work but Uhh thanks! Anyway,my son and I get situated in his room and he gets sick again( very little this time). So what precautions should I take? Probable no food or water for a while right? When I give him something in later morning,what would be good to test his tummy out?
