12+6 woke up in pool of blood

I'm 12+6 weeks pregnant and have just woken up in a pool of blood, went to the bathroom and blood just rolled down my legs and went everywhere. I have no pain just bleeding, had a scan on Thursday and everything was perfect and healthy this don't make sense, went to A&E; in the night and they done some tests sent us home and got to go back in an hour for a scan but wondered if anyone else had gone through anything like this and what it could be 😢 after 4 miscarriages I don't think I could handle another one.
