Lawwwddd I am Confused

So I believe I started my period Last Thursday. It was expected to begin that day but the issue was it only lasted 3 days with no cramps! My boobs hurt so bad and continued after the period ended. The period was spotty to medium flow. I thought it was weird, so I took two pregnancy tests. Negative.

Fast forward to today, 9 days after my supposed period began. I wipe and I am bleeding. Very Light. My boobs are not as tender. Is this my actual period? Am I pregnant? Anyone experience this? Im worried that I may have an underlying health issue because this has never happened. Kind of scared. I will definitely make an appointment with doctor Monday.
