For those who had had uterine ruptures/ windows

Did you have any signs before hand. Currently 38 weeks pregnant and I'm currently in early labour and I'm having back labour due to baby's position. I have had previous emergency cesarean, and I have my planned c section in a week when I'm 39 weeks. I've been having back pains, and nst shows I'm having constant contractions despite not being able to feel them. I'm having cramping in my lower abdomen almost to say I have a very bad pulled muscle, and the pain is always there but as baby moves I get sharp stabbin pains I've been to LandD and also my doctor and no one is even considering I might have a window. I'm nervous but no one is listening to me. Idk what to do
