Baby eczema, help!

Hello mommas’

So my 3 months baby has eczema and I started using Aveeno products and they really helped but when rash went away, it left with spots . Her doctor said not to worry about it and it will go back to her normal color in few months. Have any of you experienced this ? Any advice?
