Getting rid of the swaddle
Just like the title says. What did you experienced mommies do to get your babies to continue to sleep through the night without a swaddle? Baby boy is almost 3 months old and I’m afraid he’s going to be rolling over soon, so swaddling will no longer be an option. He regularly sleeps 7-9 hour stretches while swaddled but not very well unswaddled. TIA
