Just spotting? or period?

I am 19 days late as of today, but I woke up this morning and I am spotting but it's not like my normal period? What do you guys think?

Answer

If 19 days late, I assume you have taken a test and they were negative, I would think period? 
I read bleeding even if spotting for 3 or more consecutive days is considered a period. I would however probably have a check up if you’re missing periods often with no positive tests.
