Clomid & metformin| low sperm count| Success stories?

New to clomid finished my first round a week ago! Wondering how will i know if im ovulating! Idw to waste money on opks or stress myself out tempting! Are there any signs?? Symptoms! So far ive experienced nausea, Emotional Mood swings, and cramps here an there! Im just wondering if this could work the first round? Ive been taking metformin too! But that hasnt helped me conceive alone an ive been taking that for 4months! Also SO may have low sperm count 🤧 feeling hopeless
