Giant panic attack

So I’ve been struggling in school recently and have been spending hours and hours on my math assignments at night so I have been neglecting my other homework for other classes because of this. Well now my grade in one class went down by two letter grades because I haven’t been able to complete hw since my math homework is so hard for me due to my teacher never teaching enough for me to understand it when I saw that one grade in a class just went down to an F I started to have a giant panic attack and now my have no idea what to do this is literally WEEKS BEFORE FINALS AND IM FREAKING OUT! I’m on medication for anxiety and this is the first time I’ve had a panic attack on the medication and I’m hyperventilating and don’t know what to do!!! 😭😭😭 None of my teachers know how severe my anxiety is I have to take medication just to not be scared to come to school!!! 😭😭😭 AND NOW I AM SCREWED ALL BECAUSE OF ONE CLASS!!
