Crampy and cold

Hey ladies! Hubby and I have been TTC for five years now. We have had a total of 3 MC and did IVF and miscarried at 8 weeks. I had surgery for my endometriosis and was told the best time to get pregnant is 3 months after the surgery .. well a year went by and nothing. My Doctor said since I didn’t conceive that I wouldn’t get pregnant without going through fertility again. I can’t afford fertility again.. at least not right now. Anyway that’s a little back story, I found out I am pregnant and am currently 5 weeks 6 days. I was shocked. My husband and I just came back from Vegas and I told him while we were there on our 12 year Anniversary. It worked out perfectly. I feel a lot of pressure in the middle of my abdomen and I swear I’m going to start bleeding. Last night was worrisome and I got no sleep. I kept getting sharp pains on the right side for like seconds then go away. I have shooting pains sometime down my right thigh. I have had many cysts in the past but they always went away. I’ve been really cold and took my temperature. It was 97.9 which seems a little low. I’ve been drinking plenty of water but today my mouth is so dry. I go for my first doctors visit on May 7th and it feels like an eternity away. Even with my IVF pregnancy I didn’t have these symptoms. What scares me the most is the crampy feeling and sharp pain, however the sharp pains aren’t there all the time it comes and goes. I’m so worried I’m going to miscarry again I’m driving myself nuts. Please give me your insight ladies
