26 week and worried

This isn’t for me, it’s for my cousin. She’s 26 weeks and having contractions last night. She went to the hospital and confirmed that it was and did an ultrasound her baby is measuring 21 weeks. The baby’s heart is also dropping sometime so they are more then likely going to pull the baby out. Who’s given birth at 26weeks and what was the outcome
