I don’t know what to do

Hey! So I need some relationship advice!!

My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year now. He lives in Georgia and I live in Florida (our parents dated like 8 years ago, that’s how we know each other... awkward, right?) anyway, we are barely lucky to even see each other once a month. I have seen him since February. We used to talk all day every day and skype almost all night. Now, we literally barely have any time to even text. He’s an amazing guy and treats me like a princess. He is always really respectful and I can tell 100% that he loves me. The thing is that he wants kids and I don’t. He said he doesn’t mind that but I don’t think that’s fair. He also said he doesn’t mind moving to Florida to be with me but he like literally doesn’t even have a driver license yet (he’s 22). He’s just seriously a hot mess. All the time. But part of that is because he just got out of the Navy.

I know I love him but I just don’t see our relationship really going anywhere. And I’ve been pretty bored with it recently as well. But I really don’t want to hurt him or break his heart. And I’m not even sure if we can work it out.

WHAT SHOULD I DO??? I AM SO CONFUSED WITH MY FEELINGS RN

I ended it with him. And he didn’t take it very well. But it’s what’s best🤷🏽‍♀️
