4-6month olds are only allowed 2oz of water per day. is what I read anyway

I give mine 1 oz just to wash her food down.

We give a tiny bit in a sippy cup after every feed. Doesn’t have more than 50ml a day. Most ends up down his front rather than in his mouth but he enjoys trying.

I will only give my son 1 oz of water if foods are making him constipated, which hasn’t happened yet and didn’t happen with my daughter either. I wait until one year.
