Damnit, AF again...

Hello ladies, AF showed first thing this morning. I quit taking BC last August because it made my hormones insane and caused endless mouth ulcers. My boyfriend and I have actively been TTC for the past 4 months. I use ​ Opks and as far as I know, I ovulate. I get a positive evey month an BD around that time. Just a gut feeling, I believe there is an issue with his sperm. He's starting a regimen of male vitamins for better quality. We'll continue trying and hope for a BFP. I feel antsy, but I realize that it will happen when it's meant to. Plus, we haven't been trying THAT long. I'll continue to take my vitamins, Pregnitude, and use Conceive Plus and hope for the best.
