Intense ovulation with multiples?

Does anybody know if there’s any truth to ovulation pains/cramping being much more intense when releasing more than one egg? If you had twins or more was your O pain different from previous cycles? Curious! Thanks.

Ugh...I HOPE not or I’m probably baking twins right now. I had a 3-day intense ovulation last weekend but that’s because it’s my first cycle after miscarriage. I cannot handle twins to I’m hopeful it’s not a sign of two eggs 🤣🤣

I had major pain this month. The kind of pain that woke me up and I almost called my doctor to make sure it was normal. I had two large/mature follicles, but I’m also on Clomid so I’m not sure if the pain was from being on Clomid or if it was both eggs!
