Anyone do the daily Spinning Babies activities?

I've never done spinning babies, just ran across it looking for relief for my bad K and tailbone issue. Has anyone here ever done anything with the Spinning Babies videos and stuff? https://spinningbabies.com

With my daughter's pregnancy I did them, ones on youtube though. I loved doing the one where you put your knees on the sofa and extend your arms and hands on the floor. felt very good and this would always put her head down haha
