Old wives tale about pregnancy

2 of my cats have been following me around the bedroom and laying next to me and one of them even wanted to lay under the blanket with me. My grandmas cat will randomly jump up and lay on my stomach, which has only happen 3 times. I've been feeling more excitement during the day and slept like shit last night, couldn't sleep and was a bit anxious which I haven't had in at least a year. The feeling I have is like an old childhood feeling when you get to eat your favorite food and life just seems alright and cheerful. Had period earlier this month and some light spotting or bleeding a week after it ended. Period due soon but I don't think it'll come
