TTC With THE FLU??

TTC for three months now, it’s time to get busy but I have been feeling so sick. I went to the Urgent Care the other day and they told me I have the flu. I had a fever of 103°. I’ve been taking Tamiflu, among other things, but I’m worried that I might be developing pneumonia as well. However, I’m just really getting the feeling like this could be our month. I’m wondering if the high fever or otherwise being sick could kill the sperm and hurt our chances??
