RELIEVE PERIOD PAIN

Mo

Ladies. I've always had very painful, heavy flow, uncomfortable periods. With every symptom in the book. Here are my top favorite products for relieving menstrual pain!! These won't work for everyone but I hope that at least 1 can help. ❤️

PAIN RELIEF: Found in most stores. Basic name brand pamprin. I've tried the knock off brands and honestly didn't feel a difference. Make sure to take pre period to prevent the pain from stabbing you by surprise 😂 Remember to take regularly, you don't want to wait until it hurts again.

BATH TIME: I love baths. Love them. But on my period? Ew. No one likes chumming the waters and sitting in it, you get me? But when I found these bath bombs I wanted to stay in the tub forever! Such relief, such bliss, such heavenly scent!! Found at Walmart or online.

Purchased this at Walmart. I have been using Summer's eve for approximately 7 months. And I know not everyone likes it, and not everyone gets help from it. But I've not had any problems with it because I only wash externally. No pushing it inside, none. I only wash my labia then rinse a Lot with warm water. If you force any kind of soap inside of you, it can cause infections so just use with a light hand. I love this nighttime wash any time of day! Sorry for the water on it, I pulled the bottle out of the shower.

Epsom salt. Every. Single. Bath. I love this stuff but honestly guys I couldn't believe how loose my muscles felt after using this lavender Epsom salt for the first time. Helps relieve cramps, muscle ache, headache, and smells so pretty!😂 Found in my Walmart, Walgreens, Target, and Kroger.

HEAT: And if the bath didn't provide enough heat for you, try a Large heating pad. I purchased a washable heating pad from Walgreens which makes life easier when I accidentally bleed through ( most of us can relate).

No heating pad? No problem. Grab yourself a long sock, uncooked rice, and essential oils if you want. Place rice in the clean sock, stitch shut or tie closed, then microwave for 1-3 minutes. Instant heating roll! Feel free to drop some essential oils in the rice beforehand. Place on neck for headache too.

Again, I hope this helps yall! Stay strong ladies!
