Ultrasound help!

Hi everyone! So, my husband just hosted the sweetest gender reveal party for me, and it was wonderful. BUT, we have a problem. LOL. The ultrasound tech gave him one picture in the envelope, which I haven't seen until today, and it isn't convincing a lot of us that this truly is a BOY and not swollen girl parts!? We already have a boy and his US pictures look nothing like this at 19 weeks!
