Nexplanon - confused/concerned?

Hey!
So I got my Nexplanon removed 3/23. I could tell my body is going back to normal especially since I ovulated.  Anyway to make a long story short my period is late. 12 days late. I took a test 4 days before it was due BFN at 3 days late BFN and yesterday BFN.. so now I’m no longer thinking that I could be pregnant. 
Is there something that could be wrong? I’m just confused and concerned

It took just over 6 weeks for my periods to come back after nexplanon removal

It can take up to 6 months for ur body/natural cycles to adjust after getting off birth control. So, if ur really not pregnant, then ur body is simply still adjusting.

The hormones from the implant leave your body very fast after removal but it can take a month or two for your body to regulate again!
