I’m still bleeding 😞

I had normal pms symptoms that went away once AF arrived but it was a crampless period but it was nice and normal flowing, lasting 5 days. But my period ended last Saturday but I haven’t stopped bleeding yet. The bleeding turned brown last Sunday and it’s been brown spotting every time I wipe and it’s only getting heavier. Is this normal? I know old blood is normal but I’ve been using panty liners for over a week now. My period usually ends & I just have normal CM for about 3-4 days and then old blood shows up & then I ovulate but not this time. Just brown CM for over a week.
