Am I overreacting?

So, Thursday night my friend asked me if I wanted to hang out on Friday and I said yeah and then when Friday came around she was hanging out with her other friends and then at 9pm she text me “I’m sorry I didntthink I’d be out with my friends til 9 wanna hang out tomrorow?” And I didn’t get mad or anything so I just said “yeah sure” and then Saturday came around and we had plans to hang out at 5 and at 4:45 she text me “I’ll text you when I’m home, I’m at the mall right now with my friends” and I just said yeah..again lol. And then 5 came around, no text, then 5:30, no text, then 6,6:15,6:45,7,7:30,7:45..NO TEXT..STILL. The least she could’ve done was text me “hey I’m still with my friends I’ll be home around blah blah” and at this point I’m pissed off cause she told me 5 and now it’s 7:45. So around 8:15 she text me “k I’m on my way home” and at this point I’m too pissed off and annoyed to text her back.

Am I overreacting orrr?

And I’m not the type of friend to get jealous when my friends are hanging out with their friends, like go live your life. But this pissed me off cause she kept changing plans and stuff.
